Pender HS 2020 Guard Jajuan Carr & 2021 Guard Khalil Marshall both finished with 23 points in a win over Richlands HS.
Greenfield School 2020 Guard Creighton Lebo finished with 18 points in a win over John Paul II, Lebo has been shooting it very well from deep this season.
Trinity School of Durham Senior Guard Noah Dinkins continued his stellar scoring for the season with 21 points in over Burlington Christian. Noah has been putting up some nice numbers and his team has been picking up solid wins lately.
Fayetteville Christian Senior Forward Daunte Gardner finished with 19 points in the teams upset win over Northwood Temple. FCS is a team that has improved in a big time way in just one year, guys are truly locked in and playing unselfish basketball.
Scotland County 2020 Guard Garrett Mcrae scored 17 points in their upset win over Lumberton HS. Scotland County HS has been struggling this season but this win can possibly help them get some momentum for the rest of the year.
Terry Sanford HS 2020 Guard Jay Hickman finished with 14 points in a win over EE Smith HS. Terry Sanford is a team that will be solid this year and make some noise when tournament time comes. Next season with a team that will be full of seniors and players that have been through multiple years of varsity basketball, they have a chance to be a top team in the state.
Greene Central 2019 Forward/Center Imajae Dodd finished with a double/double of 14 points and 10 blocks to help his lead to a win over West Craven HS.
Grays Creek Wing Antonio Dupree finished with 13 point, the 6’3 wing is a player that we like as he can score the ball at a solid rate but doesn’t force things. He is a very coachable player, can defend multiple positions and is one of the more unselfish players that you will see.
