Tommy Murr (Lindsey Lane): Murr has a knack for putting up big time numbers. Saturday he finished with 53 points and 11 boards. Murr scores from anywhere on the court and is one of the most confident players in the state.
Austin Harvell (East Limestone): The 2020 prospect was very efficient Saturday. Harvell was 4-4 from the foul line and from deep. Austin finished with 22-5-3 and had a huge defensive impact. At 6’6, Harvell is a matchup nightmare.
Jamel King (Paul Bryant): King was the best player on the floor in Bryant’s win over Minor. The wing made clutch plays down the stretch and finished with 21 points, 4 boards, and 3 blocks.
Jayden Stone (Sacred Heart): Stone may be the second best overall player in the state. He has elevated his play lately to another level. Saturday, Stone was in attack mode from the tip and finished with 24-8-8 in the Cardinal’s win.
Isaiah Stevenson (Pickens Co): Stevenson was a critical part in the win against Aliceville. Isaiah finished with 17-5-2 and had a strong defensive impact in the game.
Dawson Quaye (Greenville): Quaye was a monster on the glass in Greenville’s 57-56 win. Quaye was aggressive and finished with 22 points and 13 boards.
Javion Posey (Greenville): Posey was all over the court Saturday. He finished with 8-11-5, and Javion had the biggest bucket of the day for Greenville. Posey hit the game winner with 4 seconds left.
Martavius Payton (Georgiana): Payton is one of the most athletic players in the state. Payton impacts the game on both ends every game. Saturday, he finished with 17 points, 12 boards, and 5 blocks.
