The Titans jumped out to an early 17-5 lead after the first quarter and a 41-17 lead at the half. The first half for the Mustangs was a nightmare, they had no answer for the Titan pressure. They went on nearly a six-minute scoring drought between the first and second quarters before scoring around the 6-minute mark in the second quarter.
The Titans shot 40 percent from the field but the rim wasn’t as kind to them from deep only shooting 6-of-27 for 22 percent. The Titans led 57-33 after the third quarter and only allowed six points in the fourth to come away with the 29-point victory.
TURNING POINT: The Titans used an early full-court pressure to force the Mustangs into 27 turnovers throughout the game including a 17-5 run in the first quarter.
KEY PLAY(S): The Titans came out with a great effort on the defensive side. Justin Hohn was the one that ignited the intensity on both sides of the ball.
STAT OF THE GAME: Tea Area forced 27 turnovers throughout the game, Noah Freidel had six steals alone to lead the Titans.
TEAM LEADERS:
TEA AREA: Freidel led the Titans with a double 18 points, 10 rebounds, 6 steals and 4 assists. Kade Stearns (10 points) and Mason Ritter (14) rounded out the Titans that scored in double figures.
TRI-VALLEY: Will Kulzer recorded a double-double in the loss, 19 points and 10 rebounds. He was 8-of-14 from the field.

For Tea Area (8-1), they travel to Canton on Saturday to play the C-Hawks at 5 p.m.
For Tri-Valley (4-3), they host Winner on Thursday at 8 p.m.
