The Titans took a 20-7 lead in the second quarter and looked to put the game on cruise control early but a couple sloppy possessions from the Titans allowed the Cavaliers to cut the deficit to 36-24 at the half.
The Cavaliers kept it within 10-15 points for most of the third quarter but the Titans put any thoughts of a comeback to bed with an 8-0 run to close the quarter. Key plays by Kaleb Joffer and Justin Hohn gave the Titans a 57-35 lead at the end of three.
TURNING POINT: The Titans struggled a little bit in the second quarter to allow the Cavaliers cut the deficit until the Titans ended the third quarter on a huge run to put the game on ice.
HIGHLIGHT PLAY: Kade Stearns played a hell of a game. He was diving on the floor for loose balls and hustling all over the court. Joffer also was getting after it on the defensive side, he jumped in front of a pass on defense and took it all the way for a bucket.
STAT OF THE DAY: Noah Freidel recorded his four straight double-double with a 22 point and 10 rebound game tonight.
TEAM LEADERS:
Freidel had 22 points, 10 rebounds and 5 steals. Joffer had a huge game in the paint going 7-for-9 for 16 points.
