Connor Libis (Dell Rapids St. Mary)
Libis is putting up big numbers and he’s only a sophomore. On Friday in a double-overtime loss to DeSmet, he put up 44 points, 28 in the second half, to lead the Cardinals. He drained seven 3-Pointers on the night and is averaging 28 points on the season.
Kayden Verley (Canton)
Verley had a monster game against Freeman at the Barefoot Classic at the Sanford Pentagon. He had 34 points and eight steals in their 58-50 win against Freeman. He scored 24 points in the second half.
Camden Bialas (Parker)
The 6-foot-9 senior had 25 points and an impressive 11-for-13 from the field. He also had five rebounds, 2 assists and three blocks. Last year he averaged 13 points and seven boards.
Alejandro Rama (Red Cloud)
The South Dakota School of Mines signee has had himself a season. He is averaging over 32 points a game this year including a 44 point, 14 rebound, 4 assists and 3 steal outburst against No. 3 Pine Ridge.
Jared Jaros (SF Lincoln)
In his first game back from his knee injury, Jaros came up big against the defending champs Yankton. He had 20 points to lead the Patriots. Before his injury, he was averaging 23 points on the season. With a healthy Jaros back in the lineup watch out Class AA.
