Connor Kochera (St. Viator)
Current Ranking: #31
Travel Team: Fundamental U
Kochera is a versatile small forward that contributes across the board. Spot up shooter, who defends multiple positions, and is a good finisher in transition. A ton of upside heading into the spring for Kochera to see his recruitment go to another level.
Caleb Zurliene (Breese Mater Dei)
Current Ranking: #32
Travel Team: Illinois Bears
The long and rangy 6’4” two guard has both length and athletic pop at the two guard spot. Effortless shooter with great elevation off the floor. Creates space for his shot at times with a step back.
Carson Parker (Nashville)
Current Ranking: #36
Travel Team: Illinois Bears
Effortless with the way he drains jumper after jumper. Smooth elevation off the floor and the ball comes so easy off his hand. Also scores off the bounce as he can get to the rim. Finishes well with both hands and is an excellent layup maker.
Jimarius Sneed (Crane)
Current Ranking: #41
Travel Team: Team Rose
He is a rangy small forward with quick twitched athleticism. Explosive second jumper that can score on slashes and in transition. Defensively he has the tools. The jump shot could be more of a threat.
Johnny Close (Rockford Boylan)
Current Ranking: #45
Travel Team: Young & Reckless
Close is one of the premier three point shooters in the class. Elite shooter off the catch with a quick release. Mixes in some transition finishes and a straight line drives on occasion. His passing and defense also showed growth.
Dan Florey (St. Ignatius)
Current Ranking: #67
Travel Team: Team Rose
Florey is a skilled two guard that is at his best as a perimeter shooting threat. He is a 6’2” shooting guard that has showed he can connected off the catch. Plays with a lot of patience and works well in the pick and roll as a passer.
Uchenna Egekeze (Hutley)
Current Ranking: #82
Travel Team: Fundamental U
This guard is a plus defender with his length and quickness on the perimeter. Active on both ends of the floor. Rebounds well and shows handles attacking off the bounce.
Connor Webb (Lisle)
Current Ranking: #88
Travel Team: Mercury Elite
Good positional size on the wing with Webb. Has some projectability. Plus shooter from three especially off the catch. Good feel. Deep range. Improved athletic pop.
Tagen Pearson (Nazareth)
Current Ranking: #91
The junior has such a feathery jumper! He is so consistent with his shot getting height off the floor and drilled them from all over the floor. Moves well without the ball to get open. Passing feel for a two guard. Crashes the glass on occasion.
