When it comes to scoring the basketball Sayveon Armstrong has been lights out. He is averaging 23 points per game. Sayveon also averages 3 rebounds per game, 3 assist per game and 3 steals per game as well. 

The 5’7 PG is lighting quick and attributes his success to his quickness. The 2020 PG is having a breakout year for St. Joeseph’s a small private catholic school that plays 2A. Sayveon previously attended Fremont High school but is glad he made the move. “I love it, everyone at St. Joe's has been super welcoming”.

“I credit my success this year to my coaches and teammates for motivating me and putting me in the position to succeed and the fact that i've trained and prepared for it for so long.

Like most players and teams Sayveon and his teammates have aspirations to win state. “Me personally I feel like we could win state this year if we buckle down and continue to discipline ourselves and play how we know we can”.
