Ny’Gel Boozer – Ridgeland Hardeeville HS
Boozer is back at the Jasper County school after spending a few seasons at Airport HS. Boozer is leading the Jaguars in scoring and is part of a three headed monster with the Butler brothers. Boozer plays well on contact and uses his body well. Boozer really gets into your grill to defend on the ball. Boozer is averaging 17 ppg this season for the Jaguars.
Frank Lee – Orangeburg-Wilkinson HS (pictured on front)
Lee is built like a tank and at times just bullies over other guards. “Lee is one of the most talented kids I’ve ever coached” said Bruins Head Coach Willie Thomas. Lee when he plays and figures it out the sky is the limit. Lee must still work on his perimeter jumper. Lee can attack the rack and see the floor well from the point guard spot.
Justin Hodges – Orangeburg-Wilkinson HS
Hodges is a freakish athlete that really excels on the perimeter game. Hodges spent sometime in Charlotte, NC before transferring to Orangeburg-Wilkinson a few seasons ago .Hodges has a slender-sleek frame and is extremely quick off the floor. Hodges 6’5 wing player has the ability to stalk the baseline.
Jordan Louden – Manning HS
Louden is just a GAMER that’s not flashy by any means. Louden just beats you on the floor with his productive play. Louden has his motor going at all times and rebounds the ball well from the guard spot. Louden seemed to stay about 12-14 feet with his shot.
Jalen Canada – Airport HS (Columbia)
Canada doesn’t have much support around him here. Canada has a quick shot release from behind the 3 point line. Canada combo guard seems to be better suited off the ball.
Rasheim Lyde – Timmonsville HS
Lyde is really starting to play more on the ball this season than in years past for the Whirlwinds. Lyde needs to be more consistent with his play. Lyde when attacking the basket seems most effective. Lyde was bit a passive today to shoot the ball from downtown.
Jae’Quan Ryant – Edisto HS (Cordova)
Ryant 6’0 really doesn’t have a true position like several of his Cougars teammates. Ryant hit a few mid-range jumpers and also looked to post up in the paint.
