As the Northwest Oregon Conference (NWOC) approaches the end of the first round of league play, the race for playoff positioning is taking shape & the Lasalle Falcons expect themselves to be right in the mix behind overwhelming league favorite Wilsonville.  Lasalle took a step towards securing their playoff position when they used a big 4th quarter to pull away from a scrappy Scappoose team looking for it's first league win of the year.

No Size No Problem

Lasalle Prep plays with a roster lacking a traditional post presence on either end of the floor, but can put 5 guys on the floor at a time who can shoot it from range, as well as attack off the dribble.  They did a nice job of spreading out the bigger Scappoose group and exploiting favorable match ups.

Boyd Brothers

Not the name of a coffee shop, but rather a reference to Lasalle's talented brother duo of 2021 guard Nic Boyd & 2019 wing Alex Boyd.  The older Boyd, who has committed to D3 Kenyon in Ohio came off the bench to provide athleticism, rebounding, & defensive energy in addition to knocking down a couple of perimeter shots.  It was little brother Nic,
