Only one of the players highlighted below is signed/committed at this time, so college coaches in need of a shooter will need to get in on the others before it’s too late. All four of the players mentioned below are legitimate Division 1 prospects, but the level they will play at is still to be determined, whether that is mid or high major.
2020 Peter Erickson, 6’6, SG, Enumclaw HS- The strong-bodied shooting guard has a serious shooting stroke. He has a good high release and solid balance. He really does a good job at at one or two dribble straight line pull ups at this stage. He is also very good on the catch and shoot three, although he didn’t get many easy looks with Mt. Si face guarding him. He played a lot of point guard for Enumclaw in this game, which is good for his all around development, but he is a quality scorer and shooter overall. *Uncommitted Junior*
2020 Tyler Patterson, 6’7, SG, Mt. Si HS- Tyler’s shooting form is a piece of art that has been crafted by many hours spent in the gym. He gets his elbow up really high and has no friction from his guide hand, which allows for a smooth release. He is best at catch and shoot threes, but he did show serious improvement in shooting off the bounce. He displayed step backs, side steps and an improved mid-range game, which is developing nicely. *Uncommitted Junior*
2020 Jabe Mullins, 6’6, CG, Mt. Si HS- The 6’6 combo guard does a little bit of everything on the floor, but his ability to shoot the ball is still right up there with almost anyone in Washington. He is adept at driving to the basket, but his jump shot keep the defense off balance, because it’s difficult to read whether he will shoot it or drive it. *Uncommitted Junior*
2019 Brock Ravet, 6’1, PG, Kittitas HS- The (soon to be) state’s all time leading scorer isn’t pushing 3000 career points for no reason. Brock can shoot the ball, simply put. He has all of the moves to get his shot off and can hit in the mid range or from deep. He hits his free throws consistently and he did a good job of getting to the line versus Kentlake.
