On Tuesday evening I made my way to Georgetown Prep as they hosted Episcopal in a key IAC conference matchup. Episcopal was up by double digits mostly all game but Georgetown Prep kept clawing on back late in the second half and even took the lead in the 4th quarter but it was Episcopal that ended up winning 65-62. Below are five takeaways I have from the game.

2021 Darius Johnson Is The Next Johnson Up

The younger brother of George Mason commit, Xavier Johnson, had a big game scoring 25 points and bringing down 9 rebounds. He excelled in transition and was blowing by defenders all game and finishing baskets at the rim. He has tremendous athleticism and speed like his older brother and is showing that he is going to be another highly touted prospect out of the Johnson family.
