Jon Brantley (2020, PG, Brother Rice)
Brantley is a dynamic point guard who has become an elite player in his grade. Brantley is one of the top scoring lead guards in Michigan. He has cememted himself as a Division 1 prospect.
Tanner Byard (2019, G, Pellston)
Byard is half of a pair of Pellston guards averaging over 40 combined points per game. He recognizes good shots and has a high field goal percentage. Byard is playing excellent perimeter defense as well.
Blake Cassidy (2020, G, Pellston)
Cassidy is putting on a show so far this season by averaging over 20 points per game. He takes good shots and hits them with efficiency. Cassidy is showing that he’s not just a scorer, but that he’s also a solid rebounding guard.
Joseph Hahnenberg (2019, F, Williamston)
Hahnenberg has been a monster this season, proving he’s underranked. He’s a gritty player who makes hustle plays. Hahnenberg likes to rebound and push in transition.
Hanover Horton: Jack Brockie (2019, G), Luke Laketta (2019, G), Rhett Laketa (2019, G/F) and Mitch Sauber (2019, PG)
It’s time for the Hanover Horton program to get the credit it deserves. This is a really good team, led by an outstanding junior class. Luke Laketa and Brockie lead the way in scoring, while Rhett Laketa makes the gritty hustle plays and Sauber runs the show. All 4 have the potential to play college basketball.
Geoff Knaggs (2019, SF, Fowlerville)
Knaggs is an excellent athlete and he instinctively knows how to use it on the basketball court. He’s solid on the glass and finds the ball off the rim. Knaggs is a slippery player who is tough to contain.
Freddie McIntosh (2020, PG, Saginaw)
McIntosh is cold hearted on the basketball court. He has nice handles and can break a defender down. McIntosh can drive to the hoop or pull up for a mid range jumper.
Carter Pline (2020, SF, Fowler)
Pline has always been a good shooter, but he’s hammered down the fact that he can hit the 3. He’s a solid rebounder, especially on the defensive end. Pline can be a factor in the paint with his ability to play outside-in.
