Division I
Sidney continued rolling as the #1 seed with victories over West Carrollton (72-55) and Xenia (80-70). Springfield has made a case to be the top team with a convincing win against Fairmont 67-44 on January 8th. Matchups with Wayne and Prolific Prep (CA) will test the Wildcats. Butler continued their winning ways, but face a huge test against Trotwood-Madison. Even after a tough loss against Springfield, Fairmont still is one of the top teams in Division I. A victory against Columbus St. Francis DeSales (56-52) showed this. Wayne rounds out the Top 5 even after a 80-56 blowout loss against Olentangy Liberty.

Division II
Trotwood continues to destroy every GWOC team in their way, beating Piqua 109-41 and Greenville 138-48. C-J won a huge matchup against Fenwick 68-63 in OT. Ben Logan and Kenton Ridge debut in the Top 5 for the first time this season. The Raiders have won 5 of their last 6, including a win against previously ranked Graham team. Kenton Ridge has won 6 of their last 7 after a 1-2 start. Cougar forward Tyler Eberhart (2020) is leading the CBC with 19.4 points per game. Both teams have a meeting on January 22nd against each other.

Division III
Anna is the last undefeated team left in the Dayton area, and finally knocked off a fellow Top 5 potential team, defeating Marion Local 68-67. A matchup with an extremely talented St. Henry team awaits the Rockets on Saturday. Stivers jumps back into the top 2 with 3 straight victories after losing to Cincinnati Christian in December. Brookville lost a heartbreaker to Monroe 63-56 to drop two spots. Madison holds at #4 and is currently riding a 7 game winning streak. WLS has now won 5 straight games and are looking to hang with the multiple 1 loss teams in D3.

Division IV
Legacy has won 10 straight games, including a previously undefeated Emmanuel Christian team 63-45. St. Henry lost 48-43 to Marion Local, but stays in the top 2 with it only being their 2nd loss. Catholic Central lost their 2nd game of the year against Fairbanks 43-39, before rebounding to defeat Mechanicsburg 63-38. St. John’s rebounded after losing 3 straight and Fairbanks debuts in the Top 5 after a convincing victory against Catholic Central.
