The small forward/wing group in 2022 is off to a solid start and shows signs of quality depth as a position group. Here's a breakdown of the top small forwards in the class.

  • Kendric Adams, Trigg County - Adams is still in the transition to the wing. He's got a lot of work to do as a shooter but Kendric is a good slasher who is the go to scorer for the Wildcats when they need him. The 6'3 wing is also an excellent rebounder for his position, leading his team with 7 per game.
  • Colby Fugate, Paintsville - A good athlete with ability to score the ball at all 3 levels, Colby has had an excellent start to his Freshman season. He's a good slasher off the wing and has room to improve as a shooter and definitely as a defender. Once he starts putting the same effort into defense that he does the offensive end, he can be a big time player.
  • Bryce Riley, Nelson County - Riley is a player whose motor is probably his biggest asset. Leading Nelson County in scoring and second on the team in rebounding as a freshman, Bryce is already thrust into a larger
