PrepHoopsIllinois continues our look at the 2021 class now with the post prospects.  Here we examine the power forwards and centers that have made the biggest jumps in the latest rankings!

Oliver-Maxence Prosper (Lake Forest Academy)

Previous Ranking: NR
Current Ranking: #10

This 6’7” combo forward is a prospect we have only seen tape on, but came away impressed with.  The Canadian forward has size, athleticism, and skill potential.  This is a prospect that not many casual followers of high school basketball in the state know about, but he is definitely one of the better prospects in the class.

Chad Readey (Homewood Flossmoor)

Previous Ranking: #49
Current Ranking: #19

Readey is an interesting prospect.  We liked him in the spring and then he disappeared.  In the fall he was absolutely dominant at the Spartz Basketball Showcase scoring on the block, hitting face up shots, swatting everything in the paint, and rebounding at a high level.  Then when we saw him during the season he didn’t play.  Part of the reason for his absence during the summer was he is also a high level baseball pitcher.  Still there is enough here to think he has D1 potential
