These players represent the night’s best junior standouts (current 2020 ranking listed on left).
#11 Marcellus Brigham Jr. (Briarcrest Christian)
The athleticism of Brigham Jr. continues to soar. Gone are the days of him existing as a 3/4. Brigham is a scoring guard all day long now. Lipscomb sent an assistant coach out to evaluate him and though the Bison are exceptional recruiting in Tennessee the last two years Brigham would be a steal for Lipscomb. He projects MM+/HM at 6-foot-5 with mid-range prowess.
#38 Quintavious Bailey (Raleigh-Egypt)
Top tier athlete, Quintavious will graduate in 2020 as a three-year starter for Raleigh-Egypt. Bailey’s game is verstality with power as the cherry on top of the sundae. Bailey rebounds very well at 6-foot-5. Expect Bailey to gravitate more to the perimeter in the coming months as he foresees a future a a college wing.
NA Rickey Lofties (Raleigh-Egypt)
Thin as a twig, Rickey showed off some nice handles in the 7 PM game. Rickey looks like a point guard after high school. The physique is way behind his peers. The handle is encouraging, but perhaps just pretty good. Lofties played very well against Springdale Prep. Perhaps he can continue exceling.
#13 Andersson Garcia (Hamilton Heights Christian Academy)
Remarkably agile at 6-fooy-7, Andersson is starting to see the game better. His outlet pass to fellow wing Samson Ruzhentsev was incredibly well-timed with the perfect touch. Garci is the sixth man for a team lacking typical HHCA depth. Garcia gives the Hawks a secondary ball-handler to help out Jordan Rawls in the backcourt.
#19 Rodney Mason III (Bartlett)
Typically a forward, Mason III hit an outside shot and defended the perimeter with strong shoulders and toughness. Mason III accounted for himself very well against HM wings Samson Ruzhentsev and Drew Williams.

#10 Jordan Rawls (Hamilton Heights Christian Academy)
The first half was spotty and frankly a little loose for Jordan, but he found a shooting rhythm in the third quarter, scoring eight consecutive points. Rawls played the entire game and the Bartlett pressure certainly rattled him the first half. Rawls will battle for the top 2020 point guard during the AAU summer with Marvin Hughes
