Kevion Steele 2021 Capitol Hill PG
Steele is a steal-oriented guy and does a great job of getting them. He has the speed to play off and then cut through the passing lane at the last second. His style of play dilutes the significance of offensive possession; and that’s exactly what he did against Muskogee.
Elijah Mason 2020 Edmond North W
Elijah Mason dominated the paint defensively for Edmond North. Santa Fe only narrowly escaped with a win over the Huskies, and Mason was a catalyst for their success on the second day. He gets blocks with his long arms.
Jacob Thionnet Edmond Memorial W/F
Jacob Thionnet is a long, smart, and athletic defender. He has great footowork and can be safely classified as a rim protector. He slides over to help on opposing bigs and can limit the production of touted scorers. Thionnet never leaves a shot uncontested. About the perimeter, Thionnet adheres closely to scorers and doesn’t let anything easy up.
Drew Tennial Edmond Memorial W
Drew Tennial is a sneaky-smart defender who never passes up an easy steal. He gambles at times, but tends to come out on the winning end. Additionally, he has a large frame and great strength and can shove shots out of contention of the basket inside of the perimeter
