Overview
This year it seems as though a lot of the states best have opted to go elsewhere.
Lone Peak has a brutal game against Bishop Gorman in the 1st round. The Gaels are the defending Tarkanian Classic Champions that feature a ton of D1 talent. If the Knights could pull this one out it would create some major waves across the state and country.
Bingham will be tested early as they play a good and lengthy team from Wisconsin.
Jordan will have a nice match-up against Desert Pines (NV) who will be able to match their size. This could be a good place for Dyson to show how good he can play on the big stage.
Juan Diego will play Rangeview (CO) who is playing well and is basically the Colorado Miners AAU program. JD is young and will need to gain experience quickly. Their states best defense will be put to he test quickly.
This tournament is crucial for players like Lino Saez and Matt Norman. These two players are both heavily under recruited. They could turn some heads with constant play.
