Averaging 20 points per game through the Redmen’s first three games of the season. He has good size, good athleticism and instincts at the defensive end of the floor. At the offensive end, he handles it well, can create offense off the dribble and makes shots. Isaiah Hernandez, 5’10, G, 2022, Buhler @isaiah_hern13
A left hander, Hernandez is a scrappy guard who plays hard and with a big motor. He can get to the basket and finish in transition, shoots it a little from the perimeter and is a tough defender for a youngster.
Mark Mitchell, 6’6, G/F, 2022, Bishop Miege
One of the state’s most talented players in any class, Mitchell has a rare combination of size, athleticism and skill that makes him a likely high major recruit. He is already throwing down dunks in transition, can defend multiple positions and can put points on the board in a variety of ways.
Trey Moala, 6’3, G/F, 2022, Paola
One of the state’s better incoming freshmen, Moala is a skilled wing player with good size, length and athleticism as well as a well-rounded skill set for a youngster. He can handle it well, is active and bouncy around the basket as a rebounder and shot blocker and can finish tough chances around the basket. Moala runs the floor well and can beat opposing players down the floor for easy looks.
