Dyer Gaining Interest
Unsigned senior guard Ren Dyer is still on the board and has a new list of suitors that have joined the mix for the super-athletic guard out of North Buncombe HS in Weaverville, NC. Southern Wesleyan offered a scholarship to Dyer after his performance last week with 21 points and 11 rebounds. Young Harris just outside of Atlanta has expressed interest and have come in to see him play. His only other offer on the board right now is King College out of Tennessee.
Moravian Prep forward Josh HallDyer is a player that in my opinion can play at the next level as high up as low-to-mid major basketball. He is one of the toughest players I have covered and will outwork anyone. He has fine tuned his outside shot and does everything he can for the team.
Hall to Re-Class
Moravian Prep unsigned senior Josh Hall has re-classed to the 2020 class. He will join Javarzia Belton and Omarion Jay of Moravian Prep in the 2020 class. The long and athletic forward stands 6-foot-8 and can stretch the floor at the next level. Hall picked up a bevy of mid-major offers during pre-season workouts and will look to maybe pick up a high-major offer while going down a class.
Pruett Still Looking For a Home
Former Reynolds HS point guard Isaiah Pruett has left Lees-McRae and a spot at Warren Wilson College fell through which has the 27 points per game performer from Reynolds HS not sure where he will end up next. He is a legitimate threat from outside and is known for his scoring ability. He is a little undersized at 5-foot-8 but he is a Division II-Division III level guard.
