Week 4 is nearly over and with that, we need to take a look at our four nominees for Player Of The Week.

Malachi Wideman (Riverview)
Averaging 23.2 PPG this week, 2020 Riverview guard Malachi Wideman capped off his City of Palms Classic experience with a 33-point game against South Carolina Gray Collegiate. He also sparked a Rams comeback with 27 points in a Saturday night win over Lehigh in the inaugural City of Palms Premiere and posted 22 points in a Tuesday loss to D.C. Woodrow Wilson.
Jeremiah Robinson-Earl (IMG)
Committed to Villanova, 2019 6’9″ forward Jeremiah Robinson-Earl was awfully consistent this week and potent as a shooter at the City of Palms Classic. Averaging 20 PPG, the senior had a 26 point game (9-of-11 shooting) in a Friday win over University. He also posted 18 and 16 points. All in all, Robinson-Earl shot 66.6 percent from the field.
Vernon Carey Jr. (University)
Already signed to Duke, 2019 6’10” University forward Vernon Carey Jr. is still posting big numbers this season. He averaged 25 PPG and 10.5 RPG in three games at the City of Palms this week. He had 35 points and 13 rebounds on Tuesday in a win over Vashon which featured 15-of-19 shooting from the field. Carey Jr. also had 24 and 13 in Thursday’s loss to Pennsylvania Imhotep and 18 points in Friday’s loss to IMG.
Tre Mann (Villages)
It was a fun week for 2019 Villages guard Tre Mann (UF signee). After laying 33 on South Sumter on Friday, Dec. 14, he dropped 36 points in a 80-60 win over Wildwood on Saturday. Mann came to play at the City of Palms Sunshine Series on Monday with 27 points (11-of-12 free throws) in the victory over Lehigh.
