Keylan Boone 2019 Tulsa Memorial
Keylan is a 6’6 wing who is a do it all type of player and that showed in his performance this past week. Boone dominated on both ends as he averaged 17.6 points per game and 10 rebounds. His length and feel for the game allows him to score and dominate the glass with his brother. His feel for the game also allowed him to average 4.2 assists this week as well.
Kellen Hines 2019 Fort Cobb-Broxton
Hines is one of the toughest guards in the state and he is the leader of a good Fort Cobb team as well. He was extremely efficient this past week shooting 29/48 from the field even though he is the number 1 priority for the other team to stop.The senior guard averaged 27 points per game against tough defensive strategies built to stop him. Hines was on fire from long distance as he also shot 11/18 from three this week.
Hines is the type of player to fill up the stat sheet and can put together multiple Player of the Week type of performances.
Tre Carolina 2019 Putnam City Original
Carolina is one of the most underrated players in the state. He having a great senior year which is a key part of PCO’s success so far. In a major rivalry week, Carolina scored 26 points against a talented Putnam City North squad. He then pitched in 20 points and the game-winning three to defeat #1 ranked Putnam City West. This past week for the Pirates is some of the most impressive pair of wins anyone has in the state so far and Carolina’s play was at the center of it all.
Carolina dominated this week to the point where him and his team put the state on notice.
Zach Lerblance 2019 McAlester
Lerblance has quietly been putting up big numbers since his season tipped off. The senior guard has been scoring at will this season and this past week was no different.
Lerblance had a big game versus Bishop Kelley as he put 34 points 5 assists 4 rebounds and he shot 58% from the field. He followed this great performance with another versus Ardmore scoring 28 points dishing 12 assists and coming up with 5 steals.
He is tearing up 5A right now and it doesn’t seem to be stopping anytime soon.
Tylor Perry 2019 Spiro
Perry isn’t heard of much due to his location but this senior guard has stepped right in and become the go-to guy for Spiro. Perry has made an immediate impact after transferring into Spiro. His impact was felt in the Wilburton tournament as he scored 31 points versus Checotah and helped Spiro capture the tournament championship.
Perry averaged 24 points in their three tournament contests. Spiro is now 8-1 and they are led by a talented guard who has produced every time he has stepped on the floor.
