He has good height as he is about 6’6 and doesn’t try to do more than what he is comfortable with, he moves well without the ball and knocks down shots at a high rate. When he did have the ball in his hands, he seemed pretty comfortable and confident with what he could do.
Myers Park 2019 Forward Duwe Farris: He is what you would define as a stretch forward player. At 6’6 with outstanding shooting ability, he can stretch the floor for your team and even guard some wings defensively. Frame wise he doesn’t have a slender frame, he has pretty solid upper body strength and can play physical when he needs too.
Currituck County 2019 Forward Ricky Owens: Good height for a smaller college forward, he does a nice job of rebounding the ball and slashing to score. NAIA, D3 type programs should be keeping an eye on him throughout the season, he’s about 6’4 and can play the SF or PF spot.
WOG 2019 Forward Trevon Spencer: If I’m a D2 program, I’m dropping in to Word of God to pay him a visit. He has a long wingspan, good height, nice athletic ability and a good amount of potential in his game without a doubt. You can play him inside or use him to stretch a defense, and he has the tools to be able to defend multiple positions.
Myers Park 2019 Guard Caleb McReed: In their first game off the event, he was one of the team leading scorers and had an efficient performance. He got into the paint using his strength and seemed to have a natural ability to score the ball at a high rate, William Peace University was in to see him.
Northside-Pinetown 2019 Guard Jonathan Clark: One of the better athletes that we saw at the event, he is a high flyer that has some high dunk attempts. However he is more than just a dunker, he has a nice skillset overall and works hard on just about every possession, he’s constantly battling for rebounds and loose balls.
