While Seattle’s Metro League gets a ton of recognition, (rightfully so) there are many other players around the state that can play too! A list of top performances would not be complete without a splash of Metro League as well. Head to twitter @PrepHoopsWA https://twitter.com/prephoopswa?lang=en every Friday for top individual performances. Be sure to let us know of other big time performances as well!
12/7 Top Performers:
2021 Mason Landdeck, 6’0, G, Cashmere HS- The Kittitas HS transfer is putting up some monstrous numbers so far this season, but his 50 points tonight versus Omak HS is the pinnacle of his season.
2019 Ben Dublanko, 5’11, G, Aberdeen HS- The senior guard scored 41 points versus Hoquiam HS. The more impressive stat might be that 30 of his 41 points came from behind the arc! For non-math people that would be 10 made threes!
2021 Paolo Banchero, 6’9, F, O’Dea HS- The super sophomore is showing off his well-rounded skill set and unselfish play as O’Dea is now 3-0. He notched his first career triple double with 12 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 assists. Not too bad for a sophomore.
2020 Jackson Galiardi, 6’6, SF, Shorewood HS- High scoring games get a ton of attention, but there’s more to a great performance! Galiardi played great defense and stuffed the stat sheet tonight with 12 points, 10 rebounds, 5 steals and 3 blocks.
*It is also worth noting that 2019 Brock Ravet (Kittitas HS) had 15 assists last night in a win. That is a rare statistic for many players to hit.
