Forest Hills Central went on to an impressive 60-46 win over a previously unbeaten Rockford team. Forest Hills Central head coach Kyle Carhart was thrilled with the performance of his leaders, juniors Jimmy Scholler and Mitch Wilkinson, along with seniors Dan Deindorfer and their workhorse defensive specialist Jake Ball.
Tournament MVP: Mitchell Wilkinson (Forest Hills Central)
The 6’4 Junior forward averaged 22 pts. He shot 50% from behind arc going 7 for 14. He was 11-12 from the charity stripe and knocked down important shots at key moments in the two games.
The All-Tourney Team:
Mitchell Wilkinson – 6’4 SF (Forest Hills Central)
Wilinson continues his aggressive play on offense. Shooting 65% from the field.
Jimmy Scholler – 6’2 G (Forest Hills Central)
Scholler averaged 19 pts, 5 Assist nearly playing every minute of both games.
Nate Bareno – 6’6 PF ( Rockford)
Bareno dominated the key and averaged 9.5 points, 7 rebounds a game.
Jamaal Bailey – 6’0 PF (Godwin Heights)
Bailey put together some impressive stats on both ends of the court. He averaged 19.5 points, 5 rebounds and 5 steals a game.
Dan Diendorfer – 6’6 C (Forest Hills Central)
The Rangers big man averaged 12 points, 9 rebounds and 3 blocks a game. An argument could be made that he was the MVP.

Ty Mulder (Covenant Christian), Jake Ball (Forest Hills Central), Jaylen Coates (Godwin Heights) Bennett Williams (Rockford)
