2021 Mid December Top Performers
The 2021 class has guys that are making big time plays on a nightly basis. It’s exciting to watch these underclassmen perform and get better every time they are on the court. The goal for this class is to continue competing and raising the bar.
Riley Leonard (Fairhope): Leonard is a 6’4 wing who can play both the 2 and 3. He has shown the ability to score at every level, and he does not shy away from attacking the rim. Riley just oozes confidence on the court, and his averages (23-7-5) back it up.
GaQuincy McKinstry (Pinson Valley): GaQuincy has not been off the football field long, but his impact has already been felt. At 6’2, McKinstry has the athleticism and defensive chops to play and guard all perimeter spots. McKinstry is averaging around 12-4-4 and having a huge defensive impact.
JD Davison (Calhoun): Davison is a gifted combo guard, and he is arguably one of the top 3 talents in his class. When you watch him play, you understand why he receives high major attention. JD currently averages over 17 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 assists per game.
Jarvis Moss (Selma): Every time Moss hits the floor, he gets better. Jarvis is a point guard who understands change of pace and direction. In recent action, Moss had 15 points and 5 assists.
Kendan Maddox (Pelham): Kendan has really started to pick his play up. He’s been hard to keep off the glass, and has protected the rim for the Panthers. Maddox has put together games of 16, 12, 14, and 10 points. Look for this young post to continue to improve and become more aggressive.
