2020 Early December Top Performers
The 2020 class has been stuffing stat sheets early and often this season. This Junior class has the potential to be a special class, and really open the eyes of college coaches. Don’t count anyone from this class out.
Tommy Murr (Lindsey Lane): Tommy is a certified bucket getter! Just when you think he’s shown you the full deck, Murr comes back with an even bigger performance. In a win over Colbert Heights, he finished with 53-6-4. Murr also had a 51-11-6 game that earned him an offer from Tennessee Tech. Tommy averages over 43 per game and is the nation’s leading scorer.
Kam Woods (Pinson Valley): Woods’ puts on a show every time he hits the floor. Kam recently posted a 52-8-5 game. Woods is averaging 28 points per game. Look for Woods to continue leading Pinson Valley as the push through the season.
Hayden Lamey (Briarwood Christian): The 6’3 guard has been efficient for the Lions. Lamey recently posted 27 and 21 point performances. Hayden is an efficient shot maker, and will be a critical piece for Briarwood.
Jordan Grice (Evangel): Grice helped Evangel capture the Pepsi Classic Tournament. The 6’5 forward capped his performances with consecutive double doubles (10-11 and 13-13). Grice is a high motor forward that attacks the glass.
Mark Sears (Muscle Shoals): Sears is one of the best point guards in the class. He can score at all three levels, and he is a true floor general. He recently posted a 24 point and 9 rebound game. Look for Sears to continue his strong play this week.
Wren Cole (Danville): Cole has been an important player for Danville. He had 15-9-4 and 22-7-2 in games last week. His strong play also earned him a recent offer from Coahoma CC.
