TOP UNCOMMITTED PLAYERS
#7 RJ BLAKNEY | 6’5 SF | St. MARIA GORETTI
Blakney is a high level athlete with a relentless motor and versatility. There is a misconception about him not being able to shoot the ball from the perimeter, but Blakney has proved that he can make shots consistently both from standstill positions and off the dribble.
#12 OLIVIER NKAMHOUA | 6’9 PF | BISHOP WALSH
Nkamhoua is a long-armed, athletic forward who is still improving on multiple facets of his overall game. His shot mechanics look very good, and if he can make shots consistently, expect his recruitment to skyrocket.
#15 ROB CARPENETER | 6’7 SF | MT. ZION PREP
Carpenter is a versatile wing with size who can score and defend. A handful of mid major division one programs are actively recruiting him at the moment.
#17 ANWAR GILL | 6’4 SG | GONZAGA
Gill is a big guard who is can handle, get into the paint, seek contact, and finish around the basket with either hand. He has worked hard to improve his jump shot, and we expect his recruitment to expand once he demonstrates those improvements.
#18 MARVIN PRICE | 6’5 SG | PATTERSON
Price is coming back from a major injury that required a long rehab process, but if he can return to form there is no question that he is a legit division one prospect. He is a sturdily built lefty who can create his own shot and shoot from distance.
DIVISION ONE SLEEPERS
#22 KYLE ROSE | 6’3 PG | ELEANOR ROOSEVELT
Rose is a creator with size, skill, and vision. He’s a lefty who can play on or off the ball and rebounds well from those positions.
#25 JOHNATHAN MCGRIFF | 5’11 PG | BISHOP MCNAMARA
McGriff is a very quick, spass-first point guard who is a good on-ball defender. He’s worked hard on his jumper, but still needs to prove that he can be consistent with his shooting percentages and decision making.
#27 SAVION GALLION | 6’3 SG | MT. ZION PREP
Gallion is a talented scoring guard from all three levels, but can also serve as a secondary ball-handler and play on the ball. He could have a breakout season after going under the radar for most of his high school career.
#32 CARTIER BOWMAN | 6’4 SF | WEST NOTTINGHAM
Bowman is the perfect glue guy. He doesn’t need to dominate the ball to be effective. Bowman has proved recently that he can score when his number is called.
#33 RAHSAAN EDWARDS | 5’10 PG | ST. MARIA GORETTI
Edwards is a true point guard who leads both with his actions and words. He is improving every day and we would not be surprised to see a division one program take a flyer on him.
