Trinity Tiger Classic- Hidden ???? Who is Jordan Berry?! Grace Prep Lions are tough.
Jordan Berry / 6’4” / Sg / Trinity Christian High School
Berry is an unsigned senior that not too many people know about, but that should all change soon. At Trinity Tiger Classic this past weekend he averaged double digits in scoring, and rebounded the ball well for position. He is showing everyone that he is much more than a shooter. Jordan has added muscle on to his frame and looks like a for sure College Prospect at the two guard position. Look for him to have a shot at cracking our 2019 Top 200 player rankings next month.
The 3 Gritty Lions of Arlington Grace Prep????
Dj Jones / 5’10” / Pg / Grace Prep / 2019
Dj Jones is a tough fast pg that doesn’t back down from anyone on the court and makes plays for his team on both ends of the floor. He has solid handles that allows him to get by his man if their too close. Hits open jumpers and is a tenacious on the ball defender.
Lundyn Ellison / 6’3” / Sf / Grace Prep / 2019
Lundyn does all the little things for his team that may go unnoticed by people in the stands. Against Bryan Adams, Ellison made some tough buckets at the rim. He also played very good defense on Bryan Adams best player. Lundyn’s toughness and ability to defend will be needed tremendously this year for Grace Prep and if he plays well like he’s been playing the Lions are tough to beat.
Myles Mccrary / 6’4” / Forward / Grace Prep / 2019
Mccrary is one of the toughest undersized bigs in the state. He was rebounding, boxing out, finishing at the basket, you name it. Grace Prep was a bit undersized down low vs. Trinity Christian Cedar Hill but he and teammate Ellison did a great job of working together to make it tough on TCCHS 4 Star big man Tyreek Smith. Mccrary is a college prospect that D3’s and NAIA’s should keep on their radar.
