Prospect Spotlight: Cordario Miles (2021)
With the high school season about to start in Michigan, there are some names that fans and coaches may want to get familiar with. Cordario Miles is one of those athletes. He is a sophomore who attends Communication Media Arts. Miles is a 6’4″ shooting guard that is full of talent.
Miles brings a very nice skill set to the court. He is a well rounded player who does the “little things”. Miles is excellent defensively, where his size allows him to effectively guard multiple positions. He is a solid passer, making accurate feeds to the post and keeping perimeter passes on a string. Miles is solid finishing at the rim through contact. He is currently working to gain confidence in his jumper.
Cordario Miles has set goals. This season, he wants to send a message. Miles wants the state of Michigan to recognize him as one of the top players in the class of 2021. He eventually wants to become a Division 1 college basketball player. Miles wants his team to be the best in the city and then make is to the Breslin Center. Off the court, he wants to make a difference. Miles wants to be a person that his community can stand behind.
Miles has a lot to offer a college basketball program in the future. His defensive mindset is valuable at all levels. Miles can provide leadership, on and off the basketball court. With continued development, he has the look of a future college basketball player.
Cordario Miles will be a player to keep an eye on over the next 3 years. It will be interesting to see his game grow and how his recruitment takes place.
