Northern Durham vs Overhills: Northern Durham will be looking to bounce back after its opening season lost to Westover. Overhills on the other hand has gotten off to a nice start this season with their first 3 games being wins and seeing very nice production from Sophomore Guard Cinque Lemon who is averaging 17 PPG.

Athens Drive vs Greenfield: Greenfield is a talented but younger squad, with the majority of its roster being 2020 prospects such as: Trey Pittman, Djimon Bailey, Creighton Lebo and many more. Athens Drive has some young talent as well but are led by Senior PG and Northern Kentucky signee DJ Robertson. Robertson is a player that can score the ball at a very high level and brings the showmanship aspect of the game that will get the fans hyped up.

Wakefield vs Kinston: Two programs that have good expectations for the season and both have talent that can play on the next level. Kinston 2021 Guard Dontrez Styles is off to a good start this season, recently finishing a game with 17 points in a win. Wakefield is led by its seniors and one in particular is Guard Elijah Shabazz who is a D2 prospect that should see his recruitment pickup as the season goes on.

Leesville Rd vs Heritage: In this matchup you get the opportunity to see some talented youngsters from the 2021 Class compete. Leesville RD Guard Carter Whitt is a name that has been known since his middle school days, he is a legit guard that has already picked up multiple offers including ACC programs. Heritage features Redford Dunton, who is not necessarily as highly touted as a prospect but has his own buzz going and should see a nice amount of offers.

Garner vs Trinity Christian: This should be an interesting matchup as Garner always has a team that competes and is well coached. Trinity Christian features two D1 signees and even more D1 and D2 prospects on their team so it should be interesting to see how things play out.

Millbrook vs Trinity Academy of Raleigh: The name that everyone in the country knows about in this matchup is 2020 Forward Isaiah Todd and rightfully so. He is one of the top prospects in the country and can break out for a 30 point game at any given moment. Millbrook however has talent of their own and gets it done by committee, Senior Guard Phillip Burwell is one that has shown out this season with high scoring performances for his team. Another player is Sophomore Forward William Felton who is already on the watch list of quite a few D1 programs due to his ability, size and potential.
