Illinois Top 50 Prospects Regardless of Class: #46-#50
In September we released our rankings for the classes of 2019, 2020, and 2021. What if you took those classes and did an overall ranking regardless of class? This is what they would look like! This is our Illinois Top 50 Prospects Regardless of Class!
Today we unveil prospects #46 – #50!
#46 Tujautae Williams (Orr – 2019)
Last Year’s Rank: NR
Williams was mostly a reserve player last season for Orr, but emerged during his junior year as a player to watch. We tracked him closely with the Chicago Demons on the circuit where he showed that he has significant upside. Scoring wing with size at 6’6” that can get to the basket with his long strides. Expect a big year out of this senior forward!
#47 Nate Seputis (Lincoln Way East – 2020)
Last Year’s Rank: NR
Seputis is a well-built 6’9” center that has great size and strength on the interior. He has the ability to score with his back to the basket and rebounds at a high rate in his area. Face up potential. Look forward to seeing him team up with Julian Barr as a junior this year.
#48 Jaiden Lee (Joliet West – 2021)
Last Year’s Rank: NR
Lee broke out with the Illinois T-Wolves during the spring on the 15U level. The long and rangy junior wing can flat out shoot the basketball. Big time catch and shoot threat at 6’4” that has a lightning quick release. Projectable body where he should continue to grow taller and get stronger physically. Excited to see his progress throughout his sophomore season.
#49 Bryant Brown (Waukegan – 2019)
Last Year’s Rank: #17
Brown is a combo forward that is so productive on the high school level. As a junior at Waukegan he carried his team posting double doubles on a regular basis. Stat sheet stuffer that brings toughness and versatility to the table at the next level.
#50 Chris Roberts (Morgan Park – 2019)
Last Year’s Rank: NR
Roberts might be the fastest guard end to end in the state. He is making the move from Lincoln Park to Morgan Park for his senior campaign. The Mustangs will definitely know how to use his strengths to their fullest extent! Pushes in the open floor and lives at the rim where he regularly makes acrobatic layups!
