Pre-Season Player of the Year

Tramon Mark is the favorite to win District MVP. The junior point guard looks to be a big threat this year. Tramon holds multiple division 1 offers and looks to prove why hes one of the top players in the state of Texas. Last year as a sophomore he led the team in scoring with 19 points per game average.

Team to Beat

Dickinson Gators are once again the favorites to win the district. They won the district last year and went 29-9 (12-2). Despite the fact that junior Marcus Williams a states top 100 prospect is ineligible this year due to transfer rules. The Gators return its top three scorers from last season two in which are juniors this year and one is a senior.

Biggest Threat

Clear Lake Falcons look to pick up where they left off last year. With a 31-6 (12-2) last season and they made it to the third round of the playoffs. They will still be a tough team in the district despite the loss of two division 1 prospects via graduation.
