Tre Roberson (Thompson): Roberson is a top 10 2021 talent, and could end up being the best point guard of the class. He has really good size (6’3) and athleticism. Tre is comfortable attacking the rim or showing off the jumper. What stands out most is his basketball IQ, and his playmaking ability on both ends of the court. The two sport athlete is a must watch in the Birmingham area.
Taye Fields (Opelika): Fields is a 6’2 guard that can play the 1 or the 2. He has natural talent and the ability to score at all the levels. He has a really good jumper. Taye is an unselfish player, and he is more athletic than he looks. As Taye continues to improve, he could develop into a top 15 talent in the class.
Joshua Mason (Demopolis): Mason is a strong athletic guard with good size (6’2). Right now, Joshua is at his best in attack mode. With his athleticism and frame, he has no trouble finishing at the rim and finishing through contact. Mason creates problems on defense. As he continues to improve his shooting consistency, Mason will be one to watch climb in the rankings.
