EJ Huffman – Conway HS (pictured on front)
Huffman 6’4 was wearing former Tigers player Jimmy Nichols (Providence) uniform #42 last night. Huffman is the future with Carlton Terry Jr. for Tigers basketball. Tigers Head Coach Mike Hopkins is very high on this combo. Huffman played the passing lanes well and ran the floor in transition. Huffman will get plenty of time to contribute to the new look Tigers after losing several players to graduation from last seasons team.
Carlton Terry Jr. – Conway HS
Terry Jr. is the son of current Tigers football coach Carlton Terry Sr. Terry Jr.5’9 played this past summer with Team Wall-SE Marion on the Grassroots Circuit. Terry Jr. has a good stroke from the perimeter at times plays a little passive on offense.
Micah Nelson – Carolina Forest HS (Myrtle Beach)
Nelson 6’4 was very impressive with RAW ability today for the Panthers. Nelson ran the floor like a deer and was very active away from the ball. Nelson rebounded the ball well on both ends of the floor. Nelson attended Ten Oaks Middle School last season.
C’yrus Ellison – Hannah-Pamplico HS
Ellison arrived over at Hannah-Pamplico HS after attending Williams Middle School last season in Florence. Ellison didn’t play hesitant at all for the Red Raiders. Ellison is still trying to figure what position to play in high school. as tonight he was defending the post for the Red Raiders.
Rashon Casey – Kingstree HS
Cason is a name to mention here for the Jaguars. Cason 6’3 was not in attendance tonight for the Jaguars.
