(SD)Top 5 Uncommitted Seniors Prospects: “Most Versatile”
These 5 seniors have the the body frame and all around game to make them highly recruitable for college programs. The uncommitted prospects will look to use their versatility this season for a breakout year.
Blair Slaughter – 6’4 Harrisburg

He has the ability to knock down outside shots, take you off the dribble, make good passing decisions and finish in the post. He has developed a signature high release pull up jumper, where he lets his longs legs float and twist in the air to find balance. Slaughter also has great timing on the defensive side of the floor. Slaughter uses his 6’5 plus wingspan and jumping ability to block/contest shots. His all around game and long body, make him highly recruitable. He currently has one offer from Briar Cliff with Morningside also showing heavy interest.
Solomon Bach – 6’5 Watertown
Bach has become a matchup nightmare for opposing teams. Standing at a long and strong 6’5, he can consistently shoot from outside or post up down low. He has shown quickness out of triple threat, with the ability to finish with both hands at the rim or get up for a dunk. His height and athleticism give him the ability to defensively match up at multiple positions. Bach is a tough competitor and has a strong offensive skill set to back it up. Bach’s polished offensive game and college ready frame make him a great recruit at multiple levels. He currently has one offer from Mount Marty. Black Hills State and Northwestern St. Paul have also shown interest.
Gabe Person – 6’3 SF Washington
Person is an absolute athletic freak. He has the ability to pin layups off the glass and the courage to step in and take a charge if needed. His long arms and quickness make him a menace on defense. Throwing his body all over the floor to make plays, Person plays at a fast, aggressive pace. This summer he proved to be a playmaker on the offensive side as well. His improved offensive game, high motor and athleticism make him a highly recruitable player. He currently has no offers on the table but has received interest from DSU, Bethany Lutheran, Benedictine College, and Jamestown.
Cole Bruhn – 6’4 SF O’Gorman
Bruhn has been hidden in a crowded lineup at OG but is eager to showcase this talents. At a lanky 6’4, Bruhn has an impressive offensive skill set. He has the ability to knock down outside shots or blow by and finish at the rim in traffic. Bruhn is great in triple threat, selling his shot fake and rip but also has tight enough handles and footwork to shift a defender. His scoring skill set and ability to play multiple offensive positions make him a highly recruitable player. He currently has offers from Mount Marty and DSU. He also has interest from Northwestern, Jamestown, Presentation and a couple D3’s.
Elijah Williams – 6’6 Rapid City Central
Williams spent most of last season in the post but his role could expand this year for RCC. His quickness and athleticism give him the ability to guard multiple positions. Willams also rebounds very well and provides protection at the rim with his shot blocking ability. Williams has good touch around the rim and has also proven to knock down shots from the outside. His big frame and offensive potential make him a strong recruiting prospect. Williams has had interest from Presentation, DSU and MN West thus far.
