Get Right Hoops All Nor-Cal Camp: Playmaking 2021 Guards
Luke Westermeyer PG Clayton Valley High-Luke had one of the best IQ’s at camp. Luke is a guard who takes control right away. Getting his team involved by pitching the ball ahead or giving a great pass for for an easy bucket. On the pick and roll Luke is a magician, finding the roller hitting an open cutter or getting in the paint and using a floater. Just because Luke is a great passer does not mean he will not score. Luke has very good range from three and works very efficient out of the mid-range. Stopping at the free throw line and pulling up or using a floater works perfectly for Luke and keeps the game simple. Also playing for one of Nor Cal’s best AAU teams Team Arsenal, Luke keeps his phenomenal point guard play no matter the occasion.
Cody Lynn 2021 Folsom High- Cody is very heads up player with a good frame for taking contact. Cody reads what the defense gives him and use it. When going to the rim he use his body and his footwork to draw fouls and finish through contact. Also Cody has a good jumper but loves making plays and having the ball in his hands and getting his teammates involved. Off of the rebound he pushes the break and finds streaking teammates down the floor. Cody has a timeless game with some new flash and some fundamentals.
Kenechi Onuaguluchi G 2021 Capital Christian High- Kenechi asserted himself as a very promising young guard who played tremendous on ball defense. Also knocking down a lot of open jumpers. He also uses the jump stop very well and finished his shots in the lane. Throughout came time and time out he used ton of floaters in the middle of the paint. Great finisher and also a great passer.
