Contenders, Prospects, & Sleepers: UIL 6A-III District 21
It is October 31st, 2018 and that means its only days away from UIL season opening games. Let’s take a dive into various UIL Districts, and begin previewing teams and the players to watch! Today we dive into the UIL 6A-III District 21!
Pre-Season Player of the Year
Kasen Harrison is our pre-season favorite as district MVP. Kasen has big time play making abilities in which he will lead his team. He holds an offer from Lamar University.
Team to Beat
Beaumont United will be the team to beat in the district. With Beaumont Central and Ozen combining they will be a force to be reckoned with. Last year both teams had great season and will have key players from last year contributing. Senior Kevin Dotson and junior Kasen Harrison, will keep the district on there toes.
Biggest Threat
Deer Park is a threat in the district. Coming off of last year success, look for the Deer’s to use that as their fuel. Last year they went 30-8 (11-3) and made it to the Regional Finals. They will have big play from there two seniors in Brad Millorn and Triston Wright.
