Closer Look: MJ Rice (2022)
Team Wall produces some of the top prospects in the country in their short time of being on the shoe circuit. Next in line is MJ Rice out of Durham Academy in Durham, North Carolina. The John Wall sponsored organization does everything first-class and that includes having first-class players on each of their teams.
The high-flying 6-foot-5 wing has already picked up offers from Pitt, NC Central and Boston College already. He is a high-powered athlete that can attack the rim with ferocious dunks. He spent time playing up in the 16U and 17U division for Team Wall this summer. He was invited to the USA Basketball training event that brought together the top 25 players in the 2021 and 2022 class in Colorado Springs, Colorado a few weeks ago and was the talk of the event on a potential level.
