New Number One
Forward Isaiah Todd out of Virginia transferred into Raleigh, North Carolina and is attending Trinity. He is one of the top rated players in the country and had a productive summer playing with Team Loaded NC. He has offers from some of the top programs in the country.
UNC’s Lone 2020 Commitment Ranked 2nd
Day’Ron Sharpe out of South Central HS is rated as the #2 prospect in the state for the class of 2020. The big-bodied forward chose Roy Williams and North Carolina as his future college destination. Sharpe continues a trend for players from North Carolina choosing the Tar Heels.
Who’s Next
Walkertown HS explosive guard Jalen Cone comes in at #3 in the rankings. He led the state in scoring as a sophomore last season. He is just a player that knows how to score and is extremely athletic. He has secured offers from high-major programs.
Christ School forward Justice Ajogbor comes in at #4 in the rankings. over the past week Ajogbor received offers from Wake Forest and Vanderbilt to go along with Tennessee, Auburn, Mississippi State, Davidson, Pitt, UConn, and Maryland.
Page HS big guard Silas Mason comes in at #5 in the rankings.
Biggest Jumpers
West Henderson’s Ben Bryson made a big jump from just barely in the top-100 last season up to #48 in the newest rankings. He has grown to 6-foot-3 and is now a legitimate college prospect with the size increase and skill level.
Asheville School big guard Chris Hemphill makes another big jump, going from unranked to #42 in the 2020 rankings after re-classifying. He is a big wing that can finish above the rim consistently and can step out and knock down the mid-range shot all the way to beyond the three-point line.
