Preseason All-Conference: Upper Iowa
Player of the Year: 2019 Levi Lukes, South Winneshiek
Far and away the leading scorer in the league last season, the senior wing is a threat to score from anywhere on the floor and will be looking to lead the Warriors to the top of the conference this winter.
First Team
2019 Levi Lukes, South Winneshiek (21.6 points, 2.6 rebounds, 50.7 FG%)
Lukes led the league in scoring by nearly six points a game last season, and looks like a pretty safe bet to lead the way in the scoring column again this year.
2019 Andy Seeland, Central Elkader (15.0 points, 4.2 rebounds, 52 3PM)
A sharpshooting guard for the Warriors, Seeland is among the leading returnees in 3-point shooting and scoring.
2019 Josh Walleser, Lansing Kee (14.4 points, 6.6 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 2.2 steals)
An all-around stat sheet stuffer for the Hawks, Walleser is third among returnees in assists and second in steals.
2020 Ethan Leibold, Turkey Valley (13.3 points, 8.5 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 59.5 FG%)
Second among returnees in rebounding, the 6-3 junior forward will post a number of double-doubles this season for the Trojans.
2020 Tyler Kurth, MFL-Mar-Mac (12.7 points, 7.9 rebounds, 61.5 FG%)
Kurth, a junior forward, will be the focal point for the Bulldogs, who are traditionally the strongest program in the conference. Look for him to average a near double-double this year with efficient scoring numbers.
