#14 | BENNY WILLIAMS | 6’6 SG | ST. ANDREW’S | PREVIOUS RANK: NR
The reason why Benny Williams wasn’t included in our previous 2021 update is because he recently reclassified, but you best believe he is a player to watch moving forward. Williams is at 6-foot-6 now, and is reportedly still growing. It’ll be a lot of fun to watch him grow and develop these next few years.

#22 | TERRENCE BUTLER Jr. | 6’7 PF | BISHOP MCNAMARA | PREVIOUS RANK: 26
We’ve been watching Terrence Butler for a little while now, and he seems to find a way to impress each time he hits the floor. Butler has everything you look for in a developing young front court prospect. He’s tough, athletic, can defend, rebound, is efficient with the ball, and can score from a variety of areas on the court.

#23 | BYRON IRELAND JR. | 6’2 PG | ANNAPOLIS | PREVIOUS RANK: NR
Byron Ireland first caught our eye last summer prior to his freshman year at Annapolis, and has quietly put together a consistently strong body of work since then. He’s grown a few inches since then, but still plays with the same edge. Ireland can score it or dish it, but we also love how pesky he can be on defense.
#24 | JULIAN REESE | 6’8 PF | NEW TOWN | PREVIOUS RANK: NR
Julian Reese is certainly name to write down, and you’ll want to keep an eye on him over the next few years. Reese is a lefty who moves fluidly for his size. He’s got length, touch, and intriguing ball skills. He’s still a bit raw at the moment, but you can see that is best basketball is ahead of him.
#36 | KENNY MCCOY | 6’5 PF | ST. MARY’S RYKEN | PREVIOUS RANK: NR
If you don’t know the name Kenny McCoy by now, you will before the end of this high school season. The hard-working forward is coming off a very good summer with DC Premier, and is in line for a bigger role this season. McCoy will be expected to step up his production from a year ago, and we don’t doubt that he will be able to deliver.
