UMSL Elite Camp (Top Point Guards)
Here is a look at some of the top point guards in attendance at the University of Missouri-St. Louis Elite Camp.
Daylan Dalton 5’7″ Francis Howell ’19 – Electric quick and shifty lefty who did a good job of getting in the lane for buckets, plus he dropped a lot of nice dimes.
Damien Loyd 5’10” Kirkwood ’19 – An excellent point guard who did a nice job of passing the ball, but he also knocked down several 3-pointers, including a couple of buzzer beaters during the camp.
Trent Champagne 6’3″ St. Charles West ’19 – Good sized point guard who can distribute the basketball and knock down perimeter shots. He handled the ball well and shot the ball well from 3-point range.
Tayari Goodwin 5’9″ Parkway North ’19 – Quick point guard who displayed his excellent shooting touch from 3-point range along with his playmaking abilities.
Joseph Jones 5’10” Webster Groves ’19 – A transfer from Georgia who was very good on both ends of the court. His handles were good and he got in the lane and got tough buckets.
Justin Smith 5’11” CBC ’20 – Slick lefty point guard who was very good in transition and did a nice job of penetrating in the lane and finishing shots.
