A Sneak Peak at the Class of 2022
During the course of the summer grassroots season, Prep Hoops Missouri got a chance to see some of the up and coming talented players in the Class of 2022. Here are a few of those youngsters who caught our eye during the summer.
Taj Manning 6’6″ Grandview: Athletic shot-blocking forward who led his 14U team to the Jr. NBA world championship.
Rob Martin 5’9″ CBC: Slick ball handling point guard who can run the show and get buckets.
Jevon Porter 6’7″ Father Tolton: Another member of the talented Mid-Missouri basketball family who can really shoot the ball.
Luther Burden 5’11” Cardinal Ritter: Athletic guard who can get buckets in bunches. Also a talented football player.
Tarris Reid 6’5″ Chaminade: A big bodied combo forward with good strength and a versatile skill set.
Cohl Vaden 5’9″ Webb City: Talented guard who had an excellent summer playing up at the 15U level with Victory Ministry.
Kristian Davis 6’2″ Christian-O’Fallon: Younger brother of former Chaminade and Montverde Academy standout Karrington Davis. A very skilled and athletic wing player.
Maurice Jennings 6’2″ Grandview: A long and lanky lefty combo guard who passes the ball well and shoots the 3.
Brandon Mitchell 6’2″ MICDS: A skilled wing player with good length and the ability to play all three perimeter positions.
