For now, Harmon is an elite level talent in the country in 2021 and has several high major scholarship offers already. Everyone likes to discuss the constant movement of Zion from school to school and AAU program to AAU program but the undeniable fact is that people wouldn’t talk so much about it if he weren’t so good.
Jaden Rogers, Fern Creek (G3 Grind) – Rogers is a pass first floor general coming off a very strong AAU season. Heading into his sophomore year at Fern Creek, Jaden should get the keys to the offense and get several tough match-ups with top guards in the 6th and 7th region and should grow his game tremendously over the next year.
KJ Crump, University Heights (Manimal Elite) – One of the most fun players to watch in the entire class, KJ is extremely skilled and plays very fast and with a great motor. Crump may be small but he can guard as he is a bulldog on defense and uses his high IQ and angles to cut drivers off and keep from getting bullied by larger points. KJ is a good shooter and can create for others. The only real knock on KJ is his lack of height but he plays so hard and is so smart that eventually some college coach will take a chance with him and be rewarded.
Conner Cooper, Bowling Green (Louisville Magic) – Cooper moved up in our rankings after a strong AAU season with the Magic.Conner is athletic enough to play good individual defense on point guards as well as get to the rim. Cooper still has room to improve as a shooter and playing with a consistent motor.but all the physical tools are there for him to be a strong lead guard and make an impact in the 4th region over the next 3 seasons.
Q’Daryius McHenry, Grayson County (Louisville Magic) – McHenry is known as more of a football player at this point but his athleticism gets him a lot of places on the basketball court as well. Q’Daryius is fast and at his best in the open floor. He’s not a great shooter right now and will need to either become a bully type guard or a lockdown defender who can also get to the rim in order to play at the next level.
