2019 Brenden Tucker Recruitment Update
Atlanta, GA – After cutting his list of offers to seven recently, the 6-foot-3 point guard Brend Tucker has re-opened his recruitment and will really narrow down his list of schools. The rising senior holds offers from College of Charleston, Clemson, Florida Gulf Coast, Georgia, Kennesaw State, Middle Tennessee State, Ole Miss, Northwestern, UAB, Auburn, Xavier, and Virginia Tech.
Brenden had a solid summer running with the Atlanta Celtics in the Adidas Gauntlet this past summer. He is a tough and hard nosed point guard and it clearly shows whenever you see this kid on the court. He is an aggressive driver whose able to take the contact down low from anyone when finishing at the rim. When watching Tucker play, he reminds me of a Dennis Smith Jr type of a point guard with his explosiveness and bounce off the ground. He is an athletic point guard with great size and will not hesitate to get into his opponents defensively.
“College of Charleston and Virgina Tech are the two schools that have been coming at me the hardest”, Brenden tells me. He has set official visits for both schools so far. Next weekend, August 24-26th, he is expected to be on campus at College of Charleston and October 5th through the 8th he is expected to be on campus at Virginia Tech. Brenden will be cutting his list of schools again in the near future.
