Prep Hoops took in the action for a few days at the Peach State Summer Showcase. Prep Hoops had the chance to see 2 of the Team Power (Augusta) teams play while at the event.  Lets take a look at some of their top players from Thursday on these teams.

Kalen Williams (2019) – Lakeside HS (Evans)  (pictured on front)

Williams is a fun player to watch for sure. I have seen him play since his freshman season play. Williams 6’1 has compiled 1,380 career points entering his senior year at Lakeside HS. Williams averaged 22.8 ppg, 6 rebounds and 3.8 assists last season. Williams was named 2nd All-State this past season.

Williams is very crafty with the ball in his hands as he can really create off the dribble. Williams came up big for Team Power in a win over BTI (California) with a game winning shot.

Richard Crawford III

Richard Crawford III (2019) – Greenbriar HS (Evans)

Crawford 5’10 point guard sets the table for Team Power.  Crawford really turns the corner well off screens and always seems to be strong with the ball in his hands.

Joshton Mincey

Joshton Mincey (2021) – Evans HS

Mincey a left-handed shooting guard came up big for Team Power 2021 in the win. Mincey plays with a lot of confidence on the floor. Mincey connected on several three pointers on his way to 15 points.

Breylon Davis

Breylon Davis (2021) – Hephzibah HS

Davis 6’1 point guard has a great frame on him. Davis averaged 7.3 ppg this past season for the Rebels. Davis played a very physical game with Team Wall Southeast Marion 2021. Davis finished with 11 points in the victory for Team Power 2021.

Cartavious Terry

Cartavious Terry (2021) – Treutlen County HS (Soperton)

Terry 6’9 (190) has incredible length and wingspan. Terry blocked 3 shots without leaving the floor today. Terry is still RAW on the offensive end of the floor but, he does stand 6’9 and moves quite well. Terry didn’t get any touches on the offensive end. Terry ran the floor like a deer and was able to come out and defend on the perimeter. Terry with his length and ability to learn could be a player down the road.
