Big Shots CLT: Standout Guards
Big Shots Elite 2019 PG Riley Adams: The exact level that he will play at on the next level is still a question mark, one thing that is for sure, he can play on the next level somewhere. His ability to shoot the ball and run the offensive sets for his team are both impressive, he already has picked up D3 & D2 interest.
Team Felton 2019 Guard KJ Marshall: He’s a smaller guard of course but is what we would call a gamer, he loves to compete regardless of the environment. Scoring wise he didn’t have a big time day but he was solid in getting the team into their sets and not turning the ball over often, also did a nice job of getting after it on the defensive end.
Team Felton 2019 Guard Jackson Gammons: He put up some monster numbers during June in summer leagues and team camp type play. Quite a few D1 programs had him on the radar due to how well he can score the ball and we were not disappointed at all. He shot the ball pretty efficiently and showed enough for Houston Baptist to extend a scholarship offer to him on Monday evening.
DTA Elite 2020 Guard Anthony Allen: Buckets are what he is going to give you on a consistent basis, he is a confident player that can knock down the trey ball at a very high level. On quite a few occasions he hit defenders with blow by moves which allowed him to get to the paint and either score or draw fouls to go to the free throw line.
WCBA 2019 Guard Isaiah Lewis: Highly skilled with a high GPA, what is there not to like about this kid. He absolutely lit it up during the spring live period session in Greensboro and although he didn’t put up the same numbers in this event, he was solid and is one that colleges should be keeping an eye on.
Big Shots Elite 2019 Guard Mike Walsh: Another player that shared some of the PG duties for this team, he doesn’t get sped up and did a nice job of keeping the defender guessing with a variety of moves. He has a smooth game to go along with a nice IQ and should transition very well to a program on the next level.
