Big Shots Myrtle Beach 4 : Palmetto Performers
Prep Hoops stayed on the Grand Strand to cover Big Shots Myrtle Beach 4. Lets take a look at some performers from the Palmetto State.
Peter Musci (2019) – West Ashley HS – South Carolina Kings
Musci showed some glimpse yesterday today that Prep Hoops has seen in the past. Musci is a streaky shooter but today things seemed to be working just fine. Musci is looking to have a solid season for the Wildcats with departure of several players.
Jonathan Wright (2019) – Socastee HS – Confidence Cougars
Wright had a solid Big Shots Myrtle Beach 3 and it carried over to Myrtle Beach 4. Wright seems to be a one-trick pony at times connecting on three pointers. Wright shoots the ball with confidence and it shows since he has scored over 30 plus points on few occasions this weekend.
Romello Grant (2019) – Stall HS – Rock Nation Impact 2019
Grant plays with a WARRIOR mentality inside the paint. Grant does hi best work while in the paint and just activity around the rim.
Eric Washington (2019) – Mauldin HS – Carolina Hoopsterz
Washington 6’5 is a long and slender sleek athlete. Washington has good bounce and really excels in the transition game. Washington plays the passing lanes well with his length.
Danari Ladson (2020) – Dillon HS – Big Shots South Carolina 16U (pictured on front)
Ladson a undersized post player isn’t afraid to mix it up at times while on the floor. Ladson finished on contacted and carved out space in the paint today.
Mezziah Oakman (2020) – Ben Lippen (Columbia) – G.W.P. Sixers
Oakman 6’11 has all the tools to be a player. Oakman shows to have a soft touch on his shot and great ability to alter and challenge shots on the defensive end. Oakman runs the floor well for his size. Look for Oakman to have a big season for the Falcons since he arrived back in January 2018 from nearby Gray Collegiate.
Tauris Watson (2020) – White Knoll HS – Team Wall Southeast – Marion
Watson had a make shift team this week here at Big Shots Myrtle Beach 4. Watson is a slasher deluxe and he does his best work attacking the basket. Watson has a great nose for the ball
