Class of 2020 Stockrisers
Earlier we took a look at some of the kids from the class of 2019 that may be rising in the rankings and/or gaining the attention of college coaches: Class of 2019 Stockrisers
Now we will take a look at some of the players from the class of 2020 that have increased their stock as recruits through spring AAU season and team camps.
Trevor Arico Trevor Arico 6'1" | CG Saline | 2020 State MI (2020, G, Saline, AABA)

Arico might make the biggest move up in the class of 2020. He continues to perform and it’s just a matter of time before everyone realizes who he is as a player. Arico is a sharpshooter who can torch the nets. He’s a solid ballhandler who makes very few mistakes.
Kabir Bergan (2020, F, Skyline, AABA)
Prep Hoops Ranking: #25
Bergan was huge for AABA in the spring. In a guard dominated lineup, he showed that he could play with his back to the basket at a high level. Bergan can also play facing the basket where he has a solid mid range game. He has been excellent on the glass as well.
Mykell Bingham (2020, PF, Grand Rapids Catholic Central)
Prep Hoops Ranking: #32
Bingham has big shoes to fill following his brother’s superstar prep career. This spring and summer, he has shown that he is his own unique and special player. Bingham has a nice mid range game and is a top notch finisher. He has developed nice touch with the ball and continues to be a high level rim protector.
Reece Hazelton Reece Hazelton 6'7" | SF Glen Lake | 2020 State MI (2020, G/F, Glen Lake, Northern Exposure)
Hazelton’s performance has put the state of Michigan on notice. He’s been an elite scorer, doing it from inside and out. Hazelton has effectively turned into a matchup nightmare for opponents. He is an excellent defender as well, having the ability to effectively guard multiple positions.
Carlos Johnson Carlos Johnson 6'6" | SF Benton Harbor | 2020 State #83 Nation MI (2020, F, Benton Harbor, The Family)

Johnson was limited this spring, but in team camps he quickly reminded us that there may not be a more complete player in Michigan. Johnson continues to use ‘performance’ and not ‘potential’ to define his abilities. Every time he hits the floor, he dominates in multiple facets of the game. He’s proven he’s a D1 high major talent.
Jamoni Jones Jamoni Jones 6'1" | PG East Kentwood | 2020 State MI (2020, PG, East Kentwood, Greenwood Elite)
Prep Hoops Ranking: #10
Jones has proven to be one of the elite young point guards in Michigan. He’s been dangerous driving to the rim and has also shown the ability to shoot from three point range. Jones was clutch this spring, getting big buckets.
Freddie McIntosh Freddie McIntosh 5'10" | PG Saginaw | 2020 State MI (2020, PG, Saginaw HS, The Program)
Prep Hoops Ranking: #54
McIntosh has cemented himself as an upper echelon point guard through his play in the spring and in team camps. McIntosh is very well rounded. He can score when needed, but is also an elite passer and top notch defender.
Jimmy Scholler Jimmy Scholler 6'4" | SG Forest Hills Central | 2020 State MI (2020, SF, Forest Hills Central, Greenwood Elite)
Prep Hoops Ranking: #59
Scholler was a big time scorer for Greenwood Elite 16u, and that trend continues in team camps. He seemed to show up every single game and put up consistent numbers. Scholler has a nice looking jumper with a great feel for the game.
Jarvis Walker Jarvis Walker 6'2" | PG Muskegon | 2020 State #416 Nation MI (2020, PG, Muskegon Mona Shores, Grand Rapids Storm)
Prep Hoops Ranking: #15
Walker just keeps getting it done. In both AAU and team camps, he’s proven to be as reliable as any player in Michigan. Walker has shown the ability to break down a defender and score at all three levels. He has a college ready physique and a next level understanding of the game.
Emcee Williams Emcee Williams 6'1" | PG Muskegon Reeths-Puffer | 2020 State MI (2020, PG, Muskegon Reeths Puffer, Impact Elite)
Prep Hoops Ranking: #43
Williams continues to be a spark plug on offense. His quick feet and handles are impressive. Basketball players with his skill set simply get noticed.
